Chicken Wings:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (drums and flats) (defrosted if frozen)

Seasoning:

  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken wings: If full wings, separate them into drums and flats. Ensure they are defrosted and pat them completely dry to help them crisp up.
  2. Season the wings: In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over the wings. Toss to coat, then add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss again to coat thoroughly.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the Air Fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes.
  4. Cook the wings: Place wings in a single layer in the Air Fryer (not touching). Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. Flip the wings carefully and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
  5. Serve: Remove the wings from the Air Fryer and serve hot.
