Description

These Air Fryer Potato Cubes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor from simple seasonings. A quick and easy side dish that pairs well with any meal!

Potato Cubes:

  • 4 medium potatoes (russet, yukon gold, or red potatoes), diced (~4 cups)

Seasonings:

  • 1/2 teaspoon oil (extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, or avocado oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: If needed, preheat the Air Fryer to 400℉ (205℃).
  2. Prepare Potatoes: Scrub and dice the potatoes into 3/4 to 1-inch cubes.
  3. Season Potatoes: In a bowl, toss potatoes with oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Cook in Air Fryer: Spread potatoes in the air fryer basket/trays, cook at 400℉ (205℃) for 10 minutes, shake, then cook for 8-12 more minutes until crispy.
  5. Serve: Enjoy as a delicious side dish!
