Potato Cubes:
- 4 medium potatoes (russet, yukon gold, or red potatoes), diced (~4 cups)
Seasonings:
- 1/2 teaspoon oil (extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, or avocado oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: If needed, preheat the Air Fryer to 400℉ (205℃).
- Prepare Potatoes: Scrub and dice the potatoes into 3/4 to 1-inch cubes.
- Season Potatoes: In a bowl, toss potatoes with oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook in Air Fryer: Spread potatoes in the air fryer basket/trays, cook at 400℉ (205℃) for 10 minutes, shake, then cook for 8-12 more minutes until crispy.
- Serve: Enjoy as a delicious side dish!
Notes
- Potatoes: 4 medium potatoes equal approximately 2 pounds or 4 cups when diced.
- Oil: Oil can be substituted with a cooking oil spray.
- Seasonings: Customize seasonings to taste.
