- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Panko bread crumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)
- 1 pinch salt, to taste
- 1 pinch pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease or spray a baking sheet with cooking oil spray.
- Prepare Carrots:
- Arrange halved carrots on the baking sheet.
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
