  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt.
