Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli slaw
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 2 cucumbers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup Thai peanut sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (for topping)

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, broccoli slaw, carrots, green onions, red bell pepper, cilantro, rotisserie chicken, and chopped cucumber.
